I'm Beth, married to Chris. Hes in the Air Force and I'm currently a SAHM of 4, soon to be 5. We live in base housing at the moment but are buying a home, and if the sale goes through I plan to take 2-3 kids on to help pay the bills. I'll probably post this elsewhere, but I can ask here too...
In NE you don't have to be licensed unless you take more than 4 kids from different families. I'm only going to take 2-3 kids. Is it worth getting licensed anyway? Do I need to be licensed to claim tax breaks?
