How Do You Refine What Posts You Want to See?

Is there a way to just see the topics you have posted in?

go into your profile, and click on statistics tab, then click find all posts by dave4him

You can also subscribe to threads and you will get an eamil whenever anyone posts in it. Also, you can turn off/ignore any member's posts by going to your User CP
