Thanks for all the input everyone I really appreciate it. I feel like this is the last kink in my handbook that's just not working for me.

I think I will try the nannyde method. It seems like it will be less complicated to keep track of. Then charge the 5.00/hr rate for prearranged overtime. Wish me luck! Hopefully it works.
