    While I don't think they can legally withhold that information, my understanding is that you don't need anything from the day care to claim the expense. :confused:

      In almost 4 months time have you made any payment plans with your provider? Was the provider also hit by the same storm? I understand having hard times, but a little effort to work with a provider can go a long way to resolving your problem. :hug:
