Found this one today. After you get through the list, pay special attention to the bolded section. I can't wait to apply for this one.
She'd have saved time if what she posted was "What I NEED: The best nanny in the world. What I WANT: To pay as ridiculously little an amount as possible for it".
Childcare Needed
I am in need of a child care provider to come to my home who will watch my child. The need would be Monday -- Friday as I work from 8:30 am-- 5:00 pm. I am also in school and may need assistance during that time frame as well, but that can be discussed once I find the right person. My normal days for school are Monday -- Thursday.
This is what I NEED and DON'T NEED:
-Someone who is ACTUALLY going to watch my child and have my child watching himself. IF that's the case, I don't need you.
-Someone who is going to interact with my child and not sit on the couch in front of the television or be on the phone all day long. IF that's the case, I don't need you.
-If you have a child (one) and need to bring them along we can make arrangements in regards to that. I don't have a problem with that just as long as you can handle taking care of your child and my child. IF you can't, then I don't need you.
-Reliable Transportation. IF I have to be your transportation, then I don't need you.
-Someone who will bring their own food and not expect to eat up mines. Don't get me wrong, you are more than welcome to eat something at my house if you forgot to bring something or were in a rush, but an everyday occurrence is a NO-NO. I have one dependent not two.
-Someone who is going to clean up behind my child. What that means is if he pulls toys out, your job is to make sure that they are put back up and not spread out all over the house. Also, you have to clean up behind yourself.
-Another thing that I don't want is to come home to find my child's diaper saturated to the fact that it doesn't seemed like he has been changed all day.
I'm saying all of this because I have been there and done that already and don't plan on doing again. I would want you to treat my child as if he was your child. Now if you don't treat your child right, then how can you treat mines right.
My son is a very active 2 year old so he needs someone that can keep up with him. He is also at the stage of getting potty trained. That's not a requirement on your part to do this, but if you can help or assist with it, that would be great.
IF you can handle the above then feel free to contact me and we can go from there. I am looking for someone to start September 6th, 2011. Please be able to furnish references if I ask you for them.
Please let me know what you are asking for compensation. Just factor in that is a "in my home" position where you are using my resources so please don't come with an astronomical amount in which you are looking for. I can just take him to daycare for those amounts. I understand you are spending gas and time, but think about what you aren't spending too when you give a price.
If any questions, please feel free to ask. I hope that I have covered everything. Thanks for your time to view my ad and please email at the above email address. I will get back with you promptly.
