    Jackpot!

Ok, so my hubby and I went out on a "date" to Thunder Road to play mini golf. On the way out I asked him for a dollar (I didn't want to carry my purse while golfing) to play a game or to for "good times". I used one of my four tokens in the Wheel of Fortune game and hit the jackpot on the spinner! I won 300 tickets! :: Yeah, that was a good jackpot for a kid's game because all the typical winning options were 4, 5, 6, or 7 tickets. I put the rest of the tokens in my pocket because I knew I wasn't going to win big again, but my husband made me play three more because they were tokens not quarters. LOL

    My daycare jackpot today.....
On our local craigslist someone listed a Lego Duplos Playwall this morning. I wrote them at 3 pm when I got home from work and she called me immediately because the message went to her phone. She told me she had two if I wanted both and they were $6 each. I saw a picture of one on her listing but it looked like it was probably 8 x 8 inches so I thought it would be the perfect thing for the wall. I told her I would buy both for $12 and when I showed up to buy them tonight they were HUGE! They're about 2 x 3 FEET, ha ha.

I googled them and the cheapest I could find these for a set of 2 was $150! WOW I had no idea they cost that much! I'm really excited now and confused why the preschool teacher didn't sell them for more. Maybe I should write her and tell her if she has more to sell to contact me first right?!

This is the same thing and the cheapest (so far) I could find it online. http://www.ecmdstore.com/Product/Pro...gn=shoppingcom

          Cool!!

I have one of them and my kids go in spurts. They are either completely loving itor totally ignoring it. I, myself, think it is super neat and my own DS played with it alot!

How high off the ground do you place it? I know at their height, but do I target more towards a 2 year old height of a 3-5 year old height. I need to drill 6 holes into the wall, but maybe you just used 4 of the holes to hold it up? If I have the room and if the one becomes popular I will hang the second playwall either higher or lower nearby to make a height option.

Last week I found a 140 piece green tub set of Lego Duplos for only $6 at a thrift shop...put those through the dishwasher and dried over night they're brand new! Hmmm, come to think of it the playwall was $6 too, maybe that is a lucky number. LOL
