Do pears freeze well? If so I would wash them, peel them, slice them, and freeze them. Then you can serve them for snack all winter long. Yum!Hee hee! Look, I have a signature!- Flag

I've frozen them before and used them for pear crisps.
also..if you like making jelly, plum pear jelly is my absolute favorite! or pear honey butter. Mmmmm- Flag

The link that GretasLittleFriends posted has a super easy looking cinnamon pear sauce recipe. All the ones I saw earlier wanted me to use a food mill or special attachment for a KitchenAid mixer (something I don't have). I'm totally doing pear sauce.
