This week (tomorrow to be exact) I've been open for 1 year. I was debating a present to get for my first daycare family since they took a chance on me last summer and got things started for me. Last week, they needed drop in care for an older brother so I took him free of charge and gave them a Thank you card, explaining that I was looking for a thank you present anyway!
Well, they were very appreciative and wrote a whole long email about how grateful they are.
Then, today, I open the door to a huge balloon, sparkling cider, and a card. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! Geez, some families are amazing. They make up for others
