Don't change your policy, not a good idea.
All my dcp's pay me on friday's for the following 2 weeks. MOST but not all people get paid every 2nd week, and the parents i have just prefer to pay it all on their payday. I have one family pay me 1 week, the other pays the next week, because that's how their paydays fell, and it works good for me because I get paid every week.
But they know when paydays are, and they know what time, they have a week in between each payday to get ready for it. So there is no excuse.
