So every time one drops on the floor I should boil it? Someone said they put there's in a crock pot that stays hot all day and in it is a combo of water and vinegar, but I'm not sure what the ratio is.

If it's just dropping onto the floor, I would rinse under hot water. If it drops outside, I'd boil.

Toys”R”Us is the leading kids store for all toys, dolls, action figures, learning games, building blocks and more. C'mon, Let's Play!

This is a link I googled, but I've seen pacifier wipes sold at Walmart. Not sure what makes them specifically paci wipes, but thought I would share.

If it hits the floor or it's the end of the day, I would just wash with a tad of dish soap and hot water. Outside in the dirt, I'd wash with soap and water, then boil.

Get a dry heat sanitizer at Babies R Us. We love ours for binkies, wooden trains, hot wheels, little people, play food. It takes about 20 minutes. No water

I bought these once for me. They are about $4 for 30 wipes, which I guess isn't too bad. They feel different than regular wipes and they smell just like green apple Jolly Ranchers

I just wash in hot water during the day, put them in the dishwasher at night. the water comes out of the nipple if you squeeze it out.

You could get one of these... its $40 at BRU.
