    when should I terminate?

Ok so I have decided to terminate the very unhappy child. My issue is that his mom is on title XX (childcare subsidy). The billing month started this past monday. Do I give her a two week notice or give her until the end of the billing month which is in another 3 weeks?

I would give her two weeks. The billing can just as easily be picked up by her next provider.

I would tell her you CAN do the next two weeks but if she would like.. for the happiness of her baby... she's welcome to take him out today. She does not have to give you the two weeks out of courtesy.

She'll be upset and begin the bargaining stage of loss. By next week she will be into the anger stage. So gear up.... she may not take it well.

Just pick a phrase and say it over and over. "He's so happy at home with you... I know you are going to find a place where he can be as happy there as he is at home with you."
