or know of where I can get profit & loss statement mainly for childcare? They dont have one on the mmk and my home loan specialist wont accept the 8823

Ask your loan officer what they will accept.

My income is never counted when we do loans. Thanks to Tom Copeland, I don't show a lot of profit.
