I've only run across this one time, and it was a dad... he wasn't angry, more bothered.
So, each day we dressed him up in girly stuff and took his picture, and emailed it to dad.
Like immersion therapy.

I love that idea!
I had one years ago-the most aggressive little boy I've seen yet. His dad came to find him wearing little plastic heels, carrying a baby doll. He looked stunned. All I said was "don't worry, xx, he's all man".
