Wanted to know if any one uses the minutemenu auto payment?

Do you find it easy for the parents to use?

Do have the parents pay the $1 fee?

I love it! I pay the $1 fee but minute menu automatically logs it as an expense for taxes. About 1/2 of my parents use it. It takes about a week for payment to show up, so I tell parents they must pay by Saturday night for the next week of care.

I love it, too!!

I pay the fee, as well.

IMHO, It is for MY convenience, so I foot the bill.

(Now, for me that equals under $5 a month... I am sure I'd feel different if I had a large center with MANY clients.)

Mine charges the parents each Monday and the funds are available in my account that Friday.
