Nap Time Pooper...

So the little 14 month old that started 2 weeks ago poops once I lay her down for nap. I figure it out but she's almost asleep when I do. I hate to wake her up by changing her at that point.

What would you do? Would you just let her go or wake her up?

She doesn't really like to be changed, so I know it would wake her up to do it.

That has happened with me too, it's so irritating but I get them up because I'm afraid they'll end up with a rash, but when I get them up I leave the light off and don't remove them from the napping room so I'll turn on the light in the other room that way hopefully they wont get to aroused and wake up too much and go back to sleep, seems to usually work.

I've had those that do that! Phew! The smell that greets you when you enter the room.
