Any Suggestions/Advice/Tips???

I am going to start a website for my child care business and haven't a CLUE where to begin. I am not the sharpest pencil in the box when it comes to computers and things of that nature. I need something very basic and easy to work with. Remember, I have the computer abilities of a five year old.
Oh, and free or low cost would be awesome.

I would greatly appreciate any tips.

Free and soooo easy!!!! Several background themes to choose from, and it is easy to add pictures.

I use yahoo's website builder... Its simple to use... I love it.
