Speaking of meals.....

I was just curious about your state laws concerning parent brought food. Is it a requirement that all food items must be prepackaged? All baked goods must be from a certified bakery? Etc?

I was wondering because TX doesn't have that kind of law. You would think that they have so many other outlandish far fetched laws that they haven't used these yet!

I have read about several states doing this. What about your state?

Kansas does not have that rule, but I THINK (but i'm not sure) when I worked in California the parents couldnt bring anything that was not bought from a store. Nothing home-made. Rediculous! I hated that.
