Also had a little girl who had to have a "pat-down" every morning because she was sneaking little toys in her pockets, then would whip the toy out of her pocket and taunt other kids "I have a toy from home and youuuuuuu don't! Hahaha".

I would have found it very difficult to not throw said toy in the garbage right in front of her. GRRRR!
I would probably take it away, stash it in a drawer and conveniently forget where I put it by the end of the day. Oh well.. it's not supposed to be here anyway. :P

It's going to be an even scarier world out there in 10-15 years folks. This sort of parent is teaching their young to disobey the law at a very young age. Tsk, Tsk.
