I got asked this too...
I had a family that wanted this too. I just couldn't wrap my brain around giving someone a full time spot and not charging them each week. I know I'd never find anyone else to fill those other in between weeks. I basically told them that they could pay full time each to hold the full time spaces - and have the option to come whenever they wanted - otherwise I couldn't do it. They didn't want that though. It was okay with me because I just didn't want to lose so much money on those in between weeks. It just wouldn't work for me.
