Please help need to know what to do

OK so i have started my own daycare one no one and i mean no one ever pays me on time i have contracts with every family one family right now is 1and half weeks late one parent showed up today and yelled at me about the payment then her husband called me and yelled at me called me a BITCH and much more then that but i asked them to please pick up there child as i will no longer be providing them child care they are over 150 late in fees and would not pay me today and after being called a bitch i dont want to care for there child so what do i do they wont pick her up and now they wont pick up there phone what should i do

Ohhh if I had a dollar every time I found myself thinking this thought in regard to parent issues.... I wouldn't be getting rich, but I'd have a pretty reliable flow of extra cash. Lol!

Call your local licensing agency. Then take them (the parents) to small claims court for your $150.

Wow, this is unacceptable from your parents' behavior. Why the world they yelled you about payment? It is their responsibly to pay no matter what. It sounds like they are looking for free child care for their child. I would take them to small claims court for $150 and plus late fee, two notice weeks, etc... Call your licensing agency to let her/him know.
