Dcg is almost 5.5 yrs old. She has always kind of stumbled over words (not a stutter), but today it is TERRIBLE! It's been almost constant today when she talks. Here's an example: Ok, X, don't don't don't you you you want want want want to to read a book? She's totally fine when she "reads" a book. Never stumbles over words making up stories for the books. Dcm and I tell her to slow down when she talks, but what else can we do to help her? I'm thinking it's pretty normal, but would love any suggestions to help her.
