New to forum!

Hi, I found this forum and I couldn't be happier! I've lurked for a couple of weeks now, but decided it would be fun to join in. I hope to be able to get advice when needed from those of you who have been doing this awhile. This is my second year doing in home daycare. I've had my share of good times and bad times and I've changed a lot when it comes to picking families that fit in with my home. Just wanted to say hi!
