Ideas For Wonderful Daycare Parents?

I'd love to come up with a nice idea for my daycare parents. I love these people, and reading other provider stories about parent problems, I appreciate them even more.

School gets out next week, so I lose most of them for the summer, and I don't want to spend money. LOL. (but, if I had it, I would)

So, can you think of a neat idea for the parents to send them off for summer?

What about a DVD? I've never made a dvd before, but I could try... if I had a glass of wine, I could try anyway.

What would be a good song to put with a dvd?

I love the dvd idea. Probably more then what I am going to suggest.
I do year end year books i order from walmart online. They are hard cover books that come out really cute. They are fairly costly depending on how many photos you add. But the site will tell you as you go how much your spending

I am doing this for 2 of my long time children who have been with me for over 3 years. I have never done anything like this before and may need to find someone to help me.

I have LOTS of pics of them from the time they were 11 months old until now doing all kinds of neat and wonderful things with me. They are now 4 and going to school in September. It is going to be so hard to not cry my eyes out for a few days!

These little ones are like my own and I love them both so much. Also wonderful, wonderful parents. Thank God both families will be returning with new babies after their mat leave is up.

I make a DVD for my families ever Christmas. It takes forever but they are great to have.

I use Windows Movie Maker. It is super easy and FREE. Just download it and off you go!!

Are they teachers kids? I loose most of mine in the summer too. I'm going to do a coupon for free care for 4 hours so they can enjoy some alone time. I don't pick up summer kids so I'll be ok with my numbers.
