Emergency Preparedness Plan?

Anyone have an emergency preparedness plan I could borrow and adapt?

All of the ones online are mainly for centers with much more evacuation info than I need.

Our state licensing used to just require an evactuation diagram but have just implemented the requirement for an actual written preparedness plan.

I could just start from scratch but no reason to re-invent the wheel if I don't have to::.
