Im looking for sign in sheet ideas. I read here that someone keeps them in a 3ring binder with each child having their own section.

Can anyone share what your sign in sheet actually looks like (the one the parents fill out). Do you use a weekly or monthly sheet?

My sign in sheets are provided by the state and are to be kept in each clients folder. I can send it to u.
