    12 Month Old Girl Cries

I have a 12 month in care for one month now. She will eat, play but sleeping she will cry until she fall asleep, which she also does this for mom.

She will not take a bottle so I have to feed her from a big girl cup which is a pain. She does not walk or stand up as yet. Now she is beginning to cry all day non stop. If a child goes next to her she cries, if I talk she cry. She is the only child with just mom and dad at home. So I am guessing it is quiet at home.

Mom said she does not hold her and let her cry it out.

What can I do to help this child?

Either the mom is lying or you have a very sensitive child on your hands. Its up to you how much you are willing to accommodate or when you need to term. If she is on a consistent schedule and you are accommodating as best as possible then there is nothing more you can "make" her do. The fact that she is delayed on her milestones could be an indicator that something else is going on with her.
