I lighten up my curriculum through the summer and focus more on arts and craft type of work. We love to spend most of our time outdoors so I often try to find something fun to do. For example, today we made "sun catcher" buttterflys. I was curious what other ideas everyone has for summer craft projects? What kind of fun activities do you do with your childcare? I was also thinking of purchasing moon sand, I let them use it 1 time indoors and will never again do that but because it's getting nice out, they could play moon sand outside on the picnic table or on our cement slab. Anyways, I'm only looking for other ideas, I get tired of my same ideas year to year.
