For how many? What age? Breakfast included? Will they sleep through the night, or will you be up and down?
Personally, I wouldn't do it for less than $40. It depends on your area and the going rates I guess. However, the more PITA things you have to deal with, the higher the rate should be, IMO. -

I do this occasionally for my daycare kids... I charge $40 for the night. The parents drop off around 7pm and pick up around 9am. I only do Saturday nights because the child already would have spent Friday with me all day
