Learning To Hold It - Potty Training

I have a 2.5yr dcg who has been potty trained 6 months or so. But she doesn't seem to be able to hold it. I'll have her go (and she actually does) before we go outside - then 15 minutes later she has to go again.... and then 15 minutes later....

I try to put her off - to try and "train" her to hold it - but that lasts about 5 minutes, if that, and she just has to go inside....which means all the other 5 have to go inside. Drives me crazy. She is only here one day a week.... i'm beginning to dread those days.

I've had kids potty train, etc. - but have never seen the lack of bladder control. I've spoken with her mom and asked if maybe we could try pullups for a little while longer - no go. It wouldn't matter anyway because she would freak if she actually had to pee in them. Mom is not concerned. I'm not eather.... I just hate it when we are outside and have to drop everything - every 10 - 15 minutes.

I saw here that someone brings their potty outside. I'm certified. Is that allowed? Seems an awkward questions to ask my caseworker.

Is she actually peeing or just going and sitting? I have never had a child have to go every 15 minutes. I hope there's nothing wrong with her bladder and such.

As for the potty outside I am state certified and I can't imagine it being permitted. Again never had this issue so I'm just assuming here. I personally wouldn't want to teach a child to go outdoors when it isn't really necessary. I imagine they wouldn't feel comfortable doing so anyway. U never know where sickos lurk u know.

    Just my 2 cents.
