WHEE!!!!! Interview Scheduled

Just scheduled an interview for tonight at 6!! (that's in one hour and 50 minutes, )

I'm so happy!! It's for a two year old now with a newborn added in the fall and the mom was fine with the rates I quoted her ($120/week for full-time now and then another $120/week for the newborn because I don't do discounts).

I'm super excited...I have a bunch of work to do between now and then to pick up various bits around the house, but still!!!

Now when I inteview, I look at it as positive as I can.... if it doesnt work out at least my house got super duper clean.....

I had one last week for a little one to be born in June and needing care in late August. It went wonderful, and they've already dropped off their two week deposit and a signed contract.

What is it with the water nowadays?! Seems like EVERYBODY is preggers. Oh well, more business for us . I had an interview last week that signed up with a 22mo girl and one on the way. One of my current clients is expecting a baby in july which means that I get a new baby in late August/early September. And I just started getting calls for infants like crazy this week for infants being born around that same time. Oh well, looks like I'm at capacity for infants. Horray for me and deffinetelly HORRAY FOR YOU!!! I hope everything goes really well!! KUP!!

I couldn't read the mom very easily so I have no idea how it went. She said that she has a couple more people to interview on Monday and will have a decision by Monday night.

Even if they don't sign, my house is clean and nice for the weekend!

(especially good since I'm either sick or suffering from major allergies )

oh nanny, you crack me up! don't even get me started on parents that blame EVERYTHING on teething. including hitting other kids, destroying property, running around like a wild animal. Teething apparently turns some kids into like werewolves or something.
