i cant seem to log in, and i thought my password was wrong, so i requested a new one. it wont let me log in with the new password either. what am i doing wrong?!?!?!?

This happened to me yesterday also. I had to clear out my browsers history and cache. I am not near a computer but I believe to clear it you click on the TOOLS link at the top left of your browser and then click on INTERNET OPTIONS. You should see the delete button in the history section. Try clearing everything. It worked for me.
