    I hear what you are saying. I could put that in my PHB great way you worded it. I guess what i was trying to say was that I can ask the parents to pay for it, but I may not get the value of replacing the item.

    Question for you....once the parents sign your PHB does this mean that they HAVE to pay for items that were broken by the DCK?

      Yes, IF I enforce it. I only had 1 kid that would sit and break things on purpose time after time and I didn't even make her replace them all. I put that in my handbook/contract just to cover an item in case. If it's an old toy that's showing it's age or a cheap easily replaced toy I don't bother. Newer toys I probably would have the parent replace it if they broke it through misuse. Furniture and such same thing. Cell yep I NEED that. As for getting the value of the item... I was willing to accept a cheaper version of my cell but they were still ticked. I guess it depends on the item damaged.
