My 3 year old dcg came into today screaming and crying because she didn't like the shirt her mom picked out for her. This is an event cause she carries on for at least an hour. I send her to the bedroom to collect herself and she lays in there screaming, crying and kicking her feet. She is the most spoiled child I have ever had in my entire 16 years. Dcm put a different shirt in her bag for her to change because they didn't have time to do it at home.I didn't change her shirt because I refuse to play into the get my own way all the time game. When she does this the other dcg refuses to play with her and that leads to another event of going to bedroom because she is crying over it. I don't make the other one play with her because the crying drives us both up the wall. This is the third day in a row we have had crying fits over various things. She is nothing but a spoiled little princess who is never told no. There I'm done venting and feel much better.
Spoiled

I think that is very typical of being three anyway. I have a very stubborn three year old, but she's not "bratty", she's spoiled, but not bratty. I've lived through some ear splitting tantrums though.
I kind of think this part of her temperament is going to take her very far in life.- Flag

wow we must have the same dcg I have one that wears three dresses each week one of velour and I just said I think she will be wearing that in July when its a 100 out. The mom and dad never tell her no she says jump and they say how high drives me nuts- Flag

acually sounds like the 8 yr old girl at girl guides, omg I wish you guys could see this girl. I so want to say to her that we don't allow whining here. the leader and I are good friends and both of us have 4 kids and we are accustom to whining but this girl pushes it over the edge, apparently she is the youngest of 3 kids.- Flag

It's so bad with this princess that I think they must ask her if it's okay to jump before they say how high. She knows if she cries over stupid stuff she is going to have to leave the playroom and lay down. I always tell her it's her choice. I also want to know when did 3 year olds start caring about what they wear?- Flag
