After Interview Follow Up

I know that some of you do it and some of you don't... Does anyone have a general letter that they email to a client that they just interviewed?

I am big on email and follow up. I have a letter, but it just does not really do it for me.... I was wondering what others give out if anything..

I don't follow up. I just tell them if they are interested in a second interview to give me a call in the next couple of weeks.
