Thankyou so much for all the support! He is doing fine. They decided it was a febrile seizure. I guess it is fairly common though I had never heard of or experienced this . He went home this afternoon with a double ear infection and they said to keep giving him meds so his fever wont spike again. I guess the dr. told Mom since it happened once it will probably happen again.

Lucky after reading about your day I am NOT going to complain about mine. What a day you had. Ferible seizures I have heard of. We had a child in our care who had had those not while with me but at home.

OMG! When it rains it pours sometimes! U really deserve much needed rest and relaxation. I hope that little boy will be ok. That has got to be extremely scary!! My Chow Chow (dog) had seizures all the time and it scared the crap out of me EVERY time, even years into them. I cannot imagine having a daycare child have 1. I think I would be a basket case! U did a great job today!!Comment
