I bet if you don't have the nap convo with parents it will suddenly "get better"! The parents are making your job much harder than it needs to be because they want an easy early bedtime. At this point I seriously don't think it has anything to do with Kindergarten. Let the poor girl sleep, her parents need to spend some time letting her run and play in the evening and then she will be ready for bed.
