Pinching

I recently had a 28 month old dcb start and he is constantly pinching other kids, any ideas on how to stop this?

One consistent consequence every time. Hes old enough to know better and hurting other kids is a big fat no in my book. Timeouts are universally hated but whatever he hates the most will do the trick as far as a consequence goes. Some kids hate the absolute separation in a pack n play, some kids hate sitting away from the activity and getting to do nothing but having to see it.
