I don't know why I always thought it standard that it was 2 in 24 hours. I'll have to keep this in mind going forward (1 and out).

And it is 24 hour since the last time they throw up. So if he threw up at 10 am and not any more he is not allowed back until 10 am the next day.

I think that licensing here says that children must be excluded if they puke twice but since we are allowed to be more restrictive if we want I exclude after only one.
