I had this little girl when she was 6 months old and had her till she was 2 yrs old. Omg, we all loved her, her parents where the best. Well they moved away for job reasons. Well today the dad called me, and they are coming back at the end of april OMG, I was so happy. But chubby baby (thats what we called her) is now a 5 yr old girl. So I will have her after school along with her brother, which my ds is going to love. Omg can you tell how happy I am. Oh and they are moving down the street from me.

The same thing happened to me and I feel so blessed and thankful to have these people back in my life and their second child in my care....it's like deja vu. Thank your lucky stars....things like this don't happen every day. Many more blessings to you!!!

that is exciting news...congrats for you... I wish that would happen to me...
I had a surprised visit this past monday from a family that I had to term. they came by for the stuff they had left at my house. I knew they would be coming to get it, just didnt know when. So the mom asks if I they can come back..... that was so akward.... I just said I'm so sorry I wish I could, but I don't have any spots open right now..... I would never take this family back, but I had to tell them something....

It's so good to be in touch with our old kids!
One of my "newborns" is now in medical school and writes to me regularly. It makes my day to hear from her, even though I haven't seen her in many years!Comment
