Getting Home Daycare Back On Track

Hi ladies. Okay my mom has a home daycare. Clientele is low right now and I want to get it back up. I would love to do business with my mom again but making sure we come to a agreement. I am also trying to figure out should I join in with my mom pr do my own home daycare. I am moving into a town house. Just wanted your thoughts. Thanks.

If you can work with your Mom and work together well, I'd be all for it! There is a great benefit to having a 2nd person around!

I would agree, if you work well together--wonderful!! Otherwise, just do your own care. It's a lot more work alone and tough to get to appts. Plus, there's trying to get everything done by yourself--including spending quality time with all the kiddos!!
I'd say go for it if you can work it out

Thank you ladies I am really thinking about doing it. The reason why I am undecided about working with my mom is she would leave me with all of the kids and only want to give me a little of the pay. If I do it this time things will have to be different.

Don't do it! If this is your history from working with her before, I would definitely keep things separate. You do your own daycare and let her do her own daycare. Then just use each other for backup when you have appointments or important errands to run.
