    Update

I guess her trial started now.

In the story it says she also went shopping at Wal-mart earlier in the day AND told someone at Target that she thought she might have left the burner on at home but instead of rushing home, she stopped at Starbucks!!

Like someone stated in the article, I think it should make absolutely zero difference that she didn't intend to hurt the kids.....

I hope she gets what she deserves.

I still can't believe that someone would do that. How do you leave a house with only children in it, makes no sense. I feel bad when I have to run upstairs because I forgot to replenish the diapers, and it takes me only 30 seconds.

It doesn't matter that she didn't intend for the children to get hurt. She left them unattended, end of story.

BC, nothing will bring those children back. Nothing will restore those parents faith in caregivers again. This woman needs to be in a place where she can never be in charge of anyone, ever, again. Prison seems to be the best place for that, IMHO.

It also doesn't matter that she tried to save the kids. She wouldn't have been in that position had she not left the kids alone in the first place.

"I never got to see my baby again," Dickerson said, tearfully.

She also had a history of lighting fires in her high school. She was a juvenile at the time. It was intentional, I firmly believe. She deserves the most severe punishment possible. Sickening!
