    seriously how do you guys lose the wieght, do you excercise everyday. I can't go to the gym because its too far (I live in a small town and hate driving into the city)

      99.9 % of it is diet and the rest is excercise. You don't need a gym and you don't even need weights... You can do plenty of workouts in your living room using your own body weight. I know easier said than done....

      I make it a part of my life and I don't try live by some crazy diet. If i want cookies, I eat them. But I eat one or two and then at workout I add one extra event to burn it off.

        It's all about the calories you take in and the calories you burn in a day. I eat less then 1500 calories a day, I drink 96oz of water a day water helps lose the fat, I excerise 5 days a week for 30 minutes to an hour on my wii fit, I eat fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean meats, I stil do eat sweets sometimes but I will eat skinny cow ice cream those are the best, sugar free pudding, yogurt, etc. .

          Did you mean to say that water aids in keeping you hydrated so that you can function to excercise to burn fat?

            I was saying it helps burn fat by it burns calories and in turn burns fat

            It also helps you eat less by making you feel more full.

              not sure that i understand the first line, but it is true that water makes you more full and it is zero calories...

                I added link for you. I just know it surely helps me Im down 70 pounds and it will be 6 months on my journey at the end of the month of course the calorie counting plays the biggest part in losing weight.
