I have a question for any breastfeeding pros - since it's been 20 years since I personally did:
:
How long does it take a food that Mom eats - but upsets baby's tummy - to get out of Mom's system(milk)??
I did have one breastfeeding dcm years ago that was able to eat the spicy foods that she loved - but made baby miserable - by pumping and tossing milk after she ate her Thai (or chili) dinners. I just can't remember how many feedings she'd skip (pump/toss)
One of my new dcms is having a similar issue - and as she and I believe that breast milk is like gold - we don't want her wasting more than necessary.
