    Terms for Termination

I am writing my manual and am at the part where I am putting in my Termination Terms. So far I have habitually late payments, nonpayments and kids who are violent, despite disciplinary actions and warnings, both to the parent and child. Any other things I'm forgetting that would be potential grounds for termination?

Failure to adapt, as in, it's been a month and they are still screaming their head off.
Parents arrive at pick-up intoxicated or in an "altered" state.
Parents knowingly send their child to you ill, just fixed up with tylenol (I know, it's hard to tell, but sometimes siblings will spill the beans or parents will let it slip).
You may also want to add that whatever your possible reasons for termination are, you are not limiting yourself to the reasons listed.

          In my contract it says:
I will terminate our child care arrangements immediately for any of the following reasons (but not solely limited to):
          • Failure to comply with the policies set forth in this contract.
          • Failure to comply with the contract.
          • Destructive or hurtful behavior of child that persists even with parent cooperation in stopping the behavior.
          • Non-Payment of childcare fees or late and/or recurring late payment of fees.
          • Failure to show up for 5 dyas in a row without any communication.
          • Falure to complete required forms.
          • Inability to meet the child's needs without additional staff.
          • Blatant disrespect towards provider or provider's family.
          • If parents knowingly bring their child/ren ill.
Give a little love to a child, and you get a great deal back.
