    Just asked my hubby about the taxes to make sure......total USDA deposits for 2010 were $12,870. Get on tier one if you can! If your local school meets the criteria, you can be tier one regardless of how much your household earns. I just renewed my "income eligibility form" Just filled in names of the household. Didn't have to send in a tax return etc. as the name of the local school was stamped on the form. Signed, sealed, done! For once the government have made things EASIER!
