Where can I get information on the food program guidelines sent to my home? I've looked online and can read it, but I would like to know all the rules and have a packet at home. Where do I find this to get sent to me?

I would call your state's child care resource and referral. I'm a new provider and while I already have a food program set up, they called me today asking if I needed any information on it. I think calling them would be a good start! -
We have several in our state. I chose one, called them and they came to visit me and discuss the rules. But, that was over 30 years ago, so I'm not sure how it's done now.
