    Not providing meals...

    I posted before that effective 1/1 i no longer provide breakfast and lunch.

    It is THE best thing I've ever done.

    I save a TON of money and throwing out THEIR wasted food is so much easier than throwing out MINE.

    I can't think of any drawback yet.

    NOt to rain on your parade, but do you have a large enough fridge to hold all of the drinks and food? sounds like a good idea....

      My contract states that they have to bring lunches in a lunch bag with a ice pack as I do NOT have enough room in my fridge.

      I provide all drinks and am snack and pm snack
