Opening Daycare in Forest Hills, Queens: Where to Start?

Hi All,

It has been a longtime dream of mine to open a daycare in Forest Hills, Queens and thankfully a family member has offered to provide the backing. I am in the very beginning of this process. It sure is overwhelming. Has anyone opening a new daycare in the NY area on this forum? Would love to brainstorm together. At this point I am not sure if I should bring in someone (and where would I find them?????) to help with the process.
