Haha So many signs, blogs, articles, have me shaking my head due to improper usage of wording or spelling or so many other things. I've always been a pretty good speller(that is changing as my brain downgrades ) and never even wrote for publications, etc., so have little tolerance for so many errors with professionals. It is so widespread these days; it's as if people don't look at what they've written.

New infant starts tomorrow. So over the weekend I set up pack& play and rotated in a couple baskets of infant toys. DCG3 (a bit a "look at me" diva) comes in, takes one look, and goes "Why are those there?" When I explained I had a new baby girl starting she was not happy. :: Been moping about the baby coming into "her" space all morning. Sorry kiddo- you won't be the only girl or the youngest anymore. ::

Facebook memory today of why I talk to DCPs about how they talk around DCKs. DCG4 in little tykes car pulls up behind another car, leans her head out the window, & yells “Move Dammit!” ::

Dory & Nemo start going insane out back- growling, snarling, barking. I look out the window and they are in full "defend the realm" mode over a frog. Funniest thing was it would hop closer to them and they would yelp and jump back. Then go right back to acting mean and tough. As long as they stayed 4 feet away from the vicious invading frog monster. ::

Both 2.5 year old boys are fighting over an imaginary toy one is holding up to keep the other from getting it.

This past Saturday, I planned a "unwind, regroup" day for myself and stayed in my pajamas all day. I was folding clothes when my son come in about noon and he said, "mom, is somebody here", and I said "no, why?" and he said, "well, when I got to the door I could see inside and it looked like you were talking to someone".:: I told him, I was talking to someone but that would be me talking to me about what I need to accomplish today. Therapy at it's best! happyface

Changed brand of toilet bowl cleaner tabs. This one turns the water blue. This is completely unacceptable and wrong to DCG4. ::

The kids here love my blue toilet water! Sometimes, the water will get a greenish tint when the kids pee into it. We consider it to be a sign that that child has "Magic Pee"! It's amazing how many kids will start using the potty just to see if their pee is magic, too!
