You could always post a comment on your newsletter about holding a spot for a "new bundle" as posted before. I would personally fill those spots now. Why lose those nine months of income?!
You never know 100% if all your current and/or new families will stay enrolled or not. If your current parents need a spot they should be approaching you. If you knew of a parent who is already expecting and they have a child already enrolled then I might ask them out of curtousey if they want to enroll their expecting child because you should recommend they hold a spot and you could fill it as a temporary position.
